How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Coachescomfort Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Coachescomfort Tree Service went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Coachescomfort Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@coachescomfort.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not sit right with you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
